Abercrombie & fitch not for certain people

there was a recant article i saw about Abercrombie & Fitch telling jersey shore cast member mike not to wear there clothing because he was a bad influence on there clothes mike is a guy on jersey shore who spreads rumors fights and gets into alot of arguements but that doesnt mean a clothing brand can tell him what to war and what not to wear. this was on the news the other day so i thought i would bring it back up.
the story from tmz says that "Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is being sued  by a clothing company in a deal apparently gone awry. The company, Serious Pimp -- seriously! -- contends that Sorrentino was paid a $25,000 in advance to wear its T-shirts on "Jersey Shore" and had the right to approve or reject designs, but never did so. A representative for Sorrentino says all terms of the contract were completed. Of course, Sorrentino has his own lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch, which tried to pay him not to wear their clothes, saying the company misappropriated some of his singular phrases". Another article i read said that abercrombie & Fitch was rascist because all of their employees were white which is not true because i got to the store almost every sunday and the employees are each of a different race. so some rumors our not all true but im still going to wear that brand and alot of other people are going to wear it too i guess.
